View source for Clearing archived data


OdataLink has an [[Archive Type|archive]] that is used to speed up the download of data from [[MYOB]] or [[Xero]] [[Data Files|data file]].

In some situation, some changes in [[MYOB]] or [[Xero]] will not be updated in the archive.

This is particularly common for the Journals endpoints ([[Xero Accounting Endpoint: JournalsAccrual|JournalsAccrual]], [[Xero Accounting Endpoint: JournalsCash|JournalsCash]], [[Xero Accounting Endpoint: JournalsAccrualTable|JournalsAccrualTable]].

In those situations, you may need to delete the archived data.


= Steps =

To reauthorise access to a [[Data Files|data file]], follow these steps.

# Click on '''Data Files''' on the menu in the left-hand side.
# Find the [[Data Files|data file]] you want to work on and click '''View'''.
# Go to the '''Settings''' tab.
# Click on the '''Clear Archived Data''' button.
