It might also be from the log-in type of the MYOB user who first established a data file connection has changed and so the tokens no longer work.

OdataLink provides a simple way to reauthorise access to your [[MYOB]] or [[Xero]] [[Data Files|data file]] that streamlines the process.

You ~~may~~ also need to reathorise a Xero data file if you add a new model and the Data File Type is different from what you have aready setup. Ie if you add a model of type Xero Payroll AU
