An account represents a billing entity will be created when you start a trial

An account holds Models, Data Files, Users and IP Addresses

You are able to create multiple accounts from your single user login and share accounts with others

Accounts are good to keep your clients data separate

If you are setting up OdataLink on behalf of a client then typically the best configuration is to have a separate account for each

Steps

To create an account, follow these steps.

  1. Enter a name for your account.
This should be the Company being billed for this account (should you choose to subscribe).
  2. Select the Time Zone for the account.
Some OData Feeds will use this information to format dates in a readable format.
  3. Enter your Company Address.
  4. Click the Create button.
When creating an account, OdataLink will also create a default model as well as add your current ip address to the list of authorised ip addresses.

Once the account is created, you will need to configure one or more models.
