To provide remote assistance to our clients, our support team uses TeamViewer.

TeamViewer is our preferred way of providing support because it enables our support person to quickly access settings for faster troubleshooting.

TeamViewer doesn't require changing any local, group settings, or system defaults.

Please follow the steps below to set up your TeamViewer before your first support session with OdataLink.

Check if Teamviewer is already installed

  1. Click on Start and start typing Apps: Teamviewer.
  2. If you have Teamviewer installed, Open the app and skip to Step 7.
  3. If you can't see TeamViewer app, to install from the Microsoft Store follow this link
  4. This link takes you directly to Teamviewer Remote app on Microsoft Store. Click Install.
  5. A Microsft store pop-up box will appear. Click Install.
  6. When the installation is completed, Open TeamViewer app.

Open the Teamviewer app
