Selecting the user that will receive invoices

When subscribing to OdataLink, you will need to choose the user that will receive all invoices and payment emails. This user will be flagged as the Billing Admin as they will be considered an Administrator of the account.

This user can be changed at any time.

Note that all Administrators can update the subscription. The Billing Admin is only used to choose which user will receive invoices and payment emails.

Steps

To select the user that will received invoices, follow these steps.

1. Click on your Account Name in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Select Billing User button.
3. Select the User using the dropdown.
4. Click on the Set Billing User button.
