Clearing archived data

OdataLink has an archive that is used to speed up the download of data from MYOB or Xero data file.

In some situation, some changes in MYOB or Xero will not be updated in the archive.

This is particularly common for the Journals endpoints (JournalsAccrual, JournalsCash, JournalsAccrualTable.

In those situations, you may need to delete the archived data.


Steps

To reauthorise access to a data file, follow these steps.

  1. Click on Data Files on the menu in the left-hand side.
  2. Find the data file you want to work on and click View.
  3. Go to the Settings tab.
  4. Click on the Clear Archived Data button.
