Reauthorising access to your data file
Access to your MYOB or Xero data file is done using internal tokens. In some situation, these tokens may become invalid, revoked, unusable or corrupt.
OdataLink provides a simple way to reauthorise access to your MYOB or Xero data file that streamlines the process.
You may also need to reathorise a Xero data file if you add a new model and the Data File Type is different from what you have aready setup. Ie if you add a model of type Xero Payroll AU
Steps
To reauthorise access to a data file, follow these steps.
- Click on Data Files on the menu in the left-hand side.
- Find the data file you want to work on and click View.
- Click on the Reauthorise button.
- Follow the steps to login to MYOB or Xero data file to reauthorise access.
