Changing the currently active account

Some Users will be invited to work for multiple organisations on different accounts.

OdataLink will show the currently active account in the breadcrumbs above the working area.


Steps

To change the currently account account, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the Accounts text above the menu.
    A list of all the accounts linked to your user will appear. If the account you want is not in the list, you will need to get invited to the account.
  2. Find the account you want to work on and click Activate;
    The currently active account listed in the top-right corner of the screen should change;
