ODataLink v202.6.3.5

Released for beta testing on 26/06/2020.

Data Files: Resolved issue with editing data file which would show a data file as enabled when disabled.

Models: Administrators can now assign users access to specific models.

Feeds: Endpoints of type functions will no longer always appear in the list of feeds displayed in Excel or Power Bi.; Performance counters to store ip address that queried data.

Miscellaneous: Resolved issue for users with multiple accounts to remember the last active account (on the machine).

ODataLink v2020.6.2.4

Released for beta testing on 19/06/2020.

Models: Enhanced to have login type (Anonymous or Basic).; Anonymous is the existing approach that doesn't require a login to consume the data.; Basic will now require the login to be specified to get the data via odata.

Users: Users can now be basic User or Admin.; Admin can manage all the options and settings for the account as well as query data via the odata feeds.; User can only query the data via the odata feeds.

Feeds: OData Feeds page now list all feeds including disabled models and disabled data files.; OData Feeds page cosmetically changed to also highlight if feed is disabled.; OData Feeds page now includes url of data feeds.; Added performance counters to store endpoint and user that queried data.; Enhanced performance when querying data.

Miscellaneous: Added messages to the main page of ODataLink.

Accounts: Added data validation to ensure account name and code cannot be blank.; Added data validation to ensure account code is unique.

Models: Added data validation to ensure model name and code cannot be blank.; Added data validation to ensure model code is unique.; Added warnings if sections are not setup.

Data Files: Added data validation to ensure data file name and code cannot be blank.; Added data validation to ensure data file code is unique.; Adding MYOB's API Sandbox Demo will default to the correct user name and password.; Added warnings if data file not included in any model.

IP Addresses: Added new button Add Client IP Address' to screen.; Added warnings if ip address not allowed to any model.

Registration: Users can register multiple times to trigger the confirmation email being sent.

Feeds: Supplier\DisplayID will always be injected if missing for purchases and purchase order related tables.; Performance counters added for requests.

MYOB: Resolved an issue with the Account Register endpoint to include new Unit Count field.
Users: Email of newly invited users to an account will now appear on the Users screen.; FirstName and LastName of newly invited users to an account that have not confirmed their email will appear as Pending.
Help: Integrated each page with appropiate help topic when choosing Help \ Online Help.
