OdataLink Team provides support via Microsoft Teams.
 
In a support session, we often request control of the keyboard and mouse or to record a meeting to capture the knowledge.
 
Typically, these options are disabled for external Teams users by default.
 
In preparation for a support session, we request that these features be enabled beforehand. You will require someone with Teams Admin rights to do enable these features
