Data files must be assigned to models in order to be available via an OData feed url.
Note that only data files that match a model's Data Filer Type can be assigned.
Steps
OdataLink provides two ways to control which data files are assigned to models. Both approach leads to the same result.
To assign / unassign data files to a single model, follow these steps.
- Click on Models on the menu in the left-hand side;
- Find the model you want to work on and click View;
- Click on the Assign Data Files button;
- Tick the data file for which to give access;
- If no data files appear in the list, click on Add Data File to add data files.
- Untick any data file for which to revoke access;
- Click Save.
To assign / unassign a data file to multiple models, follow these steps.
- Click on Data Files on the menu in the left-hand side;
- Find the data file you want to assign and click View;
- Click on the Assign Models button;
- Tick the models for which to give access;
- Untick the models for which to revoke access;
- Click Save.
