Cancelling my OdataLink subscription

Your OdataLink subscription can be cancelled at any time. This will stop future invoices and payments being issued.

Note that no refund will be issued for the current billing period and that you will still be able to use OdataLink until the current billing period expires.


Steps

To cancel your OdataLink subscription, follow these steps.

  1. Select Account / Subscription item in the menu.
  2. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
  3. Enter the word Cancel in the input field and a Reason for cancellation.
  4. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
