Selecting the billing admin user

When subscribing to OdataLink, you will need to choose the primary user that will receive all invoices and payment emails. This user will be flagged as the Billing Admin as they will be considered an Administrator of the account.

This user can be changed at any time.

If the user does not already have access to OdataLink, you will need to invite them as an Administrator.

Note that all Administrators can update the subscription. The Billing Admin is primarily used to determine the account owner, control the details included on the invoice and to choose which user will receive invoices and payment emails.


Steps

To select the user that will act as billing admin, follow these steps.

  1. Select Account / Subscription item in the menu.
  2. Click on the Select Billing User button.
  3. Select the User using the dropdown.
  4. Click on the Set Billing User button.
